Terms of Service

By accessing this website or hiring Unzora Studio for design and engineering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Unzora Studio offers high-end digital design, web development, custom applications, and branding solutions. All project deliverables, timelines, and scopes are explicitly defined in individual proposals or client service agreements.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate signed agreement, the intellectual property terms are defined as follows:

• All preliminary designs, exploratory sketches, and draft iterations remain the property of Unzora Studio.
• Upon receipt of final, full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (such as website code, graphic elements, and logo files) is transferred entirely to the client.
• We retain the right to showcase completed works, mockups, and screenshots in our design portfolio and advertising channels.

3. Payment Terms and Project Scope

Projects are initiated upon payment of an upfront deposit, with milestone payments due as outlined in the project agreement. Invoices must be paid within the timeline specified on the invoice. Any change in project scope, addition of pages, or features outside the initial agreement will incur additional costs.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide all copy, images, assets, brand details, and feedback required for project execution in a timely manner. Delays in providing necessary materials may push back agreed project delivery deadlines.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unzora Studio, its founders, or team members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, server downtime, security breaches, database loss, or loss of profits arising out of the use of our services.

6. Termination of Contract

Either party may terminate the contract if the other violates material obligations, with a written notice period. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Himachal Pradesh, India.
