Refund Policy

At Unzora Studio, we are committed to delivering high-performance, premium digital experiences. Because of the custom, labor-intensive nature of our design and software engineering services, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds and project cancellations.

1. Upfront Deposits and Retainers

Upfront deposits or onboarding fees are required to secure design/development bandwidth. These deposits are non-refundable once project kickoff meetings, research, or environment setup has commenced.

2. Custom Milestone Payments

For projects structured with milestone payments, each payment is tied to explicit deliverables (e.g., UI/UX Mockups, Beta build release, Final handover). Once a milestone deliverable is presented and signed off by the client, the corresponding milestone payment is non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellations

If a client requests to cancel a project before final delivery:

  • The client will be billed for all design/development hours worked or milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • Unzora Studio will deliver the project files, source code, and design assets compiled up to that point upon settlement of the cancellation invoice.

4. Digital Templates and Codebases

For purchases made on our online templates store (e.g., next-generation landing pages, Tailwind boilerplates):

  • All sales are final due to the downloadable, digital nature of the source code.
  • Refunds cannot be issued once files have been accessed or downloaded.
  • We encourage users to inspect interactive template previews carefully before making a purchase. If you experience code compatibility or deployment issues, our support team will help you configure it.
